Planning, development and delivery of agreed marketing, widening access and community engagement activities and student recruitment activities for the school
Building the school brand, image and market positioning through targeted marketing activities
Maximizing student enrollment through developing and instituting a consistent message across staff.
Projects a professional, caring and responsive image about the school to various internal and external parties.
Implements the school policies and procedures in relation to Marketing and that serves the school objectives.
Marketing Duties:
Assist in developing the image, brand, positioning, and marketing writes-up of the school.
Plan, develop and deliver marketing and communications activities for the school.
Plan, develop/manage development, and deliver marketing tools and material.
Plan, develop/manage development, and oversee the use and maintenance of online marketing tools including social media accounts and school website.
Develop the look and feel of all school public areas and develop and implement prospects optimum tour.
Assist in the planning and delivery of student recruitment and conversion activities
Work towards achieving clear objectives within action plans agreed with line manager
Develop relations with various suppliers pertaining to marketing development and delivery.
Conduct market research on trends in PK-K12 in the area of the school, gather and maintain competition information, and update management.
Manage school events including graduations, open-days, extra-curricular activities, school trips.
Manage revenue generating activities off school hours.
Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration
22 to 35 years old and in good physical health.
3+ years of experience at least 2 in Marketing positions.
Fluency in Arabic and English, reading, speaking and writing
Proven ability to effectively work with children and adults in a pleasant and cooperative manner
Perform responsibilities and tasks timely, accurately and with great attention to detail.
Proactive with a positive attitude.
Able to operate with minimal supervision and self motivated when given new assignments
Highly organized and able to multi-task.
Creativity, and ability to think out of the box
Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Skill in Microsoft Office, graphics applications, computers database systems, and searching the Internet
Works safely and establishes a safe environment; reacts quickly in emergency situations to maximize children safety.
Analyzes situations and takes appropriate action regarding routine/emergency procedural matters without immediate supervision.
Possesses knowledge of Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
