Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the products and services of the Arabian Electricity Company and its subsidiaries.
- Create innovative marketing plans to increase market share and brand awareness.
Coordination and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure the achievement of common goals.
- Manage relationships with partners to ensure their satisfaction and achieve marketing objectives.
Research and Analysis:
- Analyze market trends to identify growth and development opportunities.
- Monitor the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Team Management:
- Lead and guide marketing and advertising teams to achieve optimal performance.
- Develop team skills through continuous training and mentoring.
馃敯Advertising Company Management - Key Responsibilities:
Achieving Sales Targets for the Company:
- Develop and implement innovative advertising strategies aimed at increasing sales of the electricity company's products and services.
- Monitor advertising campaign performance and analyze results to determine the effectiveness of strategies used and make necessary improvements.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with sales goals and achieve targeted revenues.
- Use analytical tools and reports to provide accurate insights into market trends and campaign performance.
Building a Customer Base:
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase loyalty among existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and expectations and direct advertising efforts to meet those needs.
- Develop loyalty and promotional programs to enhance customer engagement and increase the customer base.
- Establish strategic partnerships with relevant entities to enhance the customer network and expand access to new markets.
Innovation and Development:
- Explore and adopt modern technologies and trends in advertising to ensure the delivery of effective and innovative campaigns.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team and encourage new ideas that contribute to achieving the company's goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with clients through effective communication and meeting their needs.
Skills
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure the success of both the marketing plans of the Alarabiya Electrical Company and the Alarabiya International Marketing & Advertising Company.
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with proven managerial experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to achieve goals.
