Job Description

The marketing manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and implementing

comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass all aspects of marketing, including

digital, traditional, and experiential marketing. They are responsible for managing the entire

marketing process, from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis, with a focus on

driving business growth and brand awareness. The role requires a deep understanding of

market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop effective

marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

He/ She will work closely with the work team According to company strategy to identify

markets and understand trends and customer preferences, develops a marketing plan to

implement marketing strategy to target audiences, campaign-specific tactics, budget, and

goals for reaching prospective consumers and turning them into customers of SH Holding

Products, aligning with the overall strategic company goals.

Establish and identify a brand guidebook for SH Holding. Develop a brand vision and

marketing communications strategies for your brand focused on building brand awareness

and equity, as well as driving sales through various ordering channels.

Strategic Planning:

 Understand, develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the all

divisions of SH Holding overall objectives and target market segments. This includes

defining marketing objectives, target audience, positioning, and messaging.

 Should be able to think strategically and understand how marketing fits into the bigger

picture of a company’s operations.

Campaign Management:

 Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital,

social media, email, print, and events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to

optimize results and ROI.

Brand Management:

 Manage, develop and enhance the company’s brand identity and positioning in the

market that sets a company apart from competitors.

 Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

 Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.

Market Research:

 Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and

competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

 Target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand

and leads.

 Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.

 Evaluates emerging technologies.

7 Creative Development:

 Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies if necessary to develop creative

assets, including advertising, branding, and promotional materials.

 Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across

Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, SEO, SEM, and email

marketing. Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Budget Management:

 Manage marketing budgets for all marketing activities within the organization,

including planning, allocation, and tracking of expenses. Ensure effective use of

resources to achieve marketing objectives.

Team Leadership:

 Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support,

and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

 Oversee and create marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant

tasks essential to help the sales team convert more prospects.

Stakeholder Engagement:

 Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations,

Finance and senior management, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with

business goals.

 Work collaboratively with top management and across sales to maximize resources.

Performance Analysis:

 Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates,

and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing

strategies and tactics.

 Analyses and report on traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.

 Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and

assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).


13 Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Authority

 Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire SH Holding

Group in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
