Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality marketing and a passion for developing creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to promote the company's services and enhance its presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain the hotel or restaurant’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional methods.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s website and social media accounts, ensuring content is updated, relevant, and aligned with marketing goals. Utilize SEO and SEM to optimize online visibility.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs, ensuring the development of targeted campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, email newsletters, website content, and social media posts that reflect the company's brand values.
  • Event Marketing: Assist in planning and promoting events, special promotions, and packages to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with third-party vendors, media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance marketing efforts and broaden the customer base.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and brand advocacy. Analyze customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and the highest possible return on investment.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions, using data to continuously improve strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry trends, customer behavior, and market demands.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
