* BU based calenderization of weekly/ monthly marketing campaigns
* Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
* Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
* Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
* Manage social media content for BU's
* Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
* Oversee and manage all events and related marketing projects
* Retail activations
Skills & Knowledge Required
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* MUST BE bilingual ( English & Arabic)
* Strong creative thinking and content creation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
* In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
* Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
* Must have driving license and own car
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing handling campaigns or in account management in advertising agencies.
* Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and community building.
* Experience in managing social media advertising budgets and optimizing ad performance.
