Job Description

The Marketing and Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our catering and food service operations in Kuwait. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients while fostering relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, coupled with strong leadership skills to guide the marketing team towards achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional campaigns that align with business goals.
  4. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  6. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertisements.
  7. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  8. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  9. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in marketing practices.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Arabic speaker.
  3. Proven experience in marketing and business development within the food and beverage industry.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
  6. Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  9. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  10. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  11. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
