Responsibilities
•Promote the company's growth by developing a solid project partnership pipeline and the successful, timely, and budget-conforming execution of contracts.
•Work closely with stakeholders to guarantee high customer satisfaction and project success.
•Responsible for effectively managing stock inventory within the company, supervising local vendor payments, and handling petty cash.
•Maintain lasting customer relationships, setting up a system for customer feedback, resolving any issues, establishing firm communication with clients, understanding the technical aspects of products deeply, and preparing regular reports.
•Develop a detailed project plan, aligning all aspects with project objectives, and assist the sales team in tender/project bid participation.
•Effectively lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring everyone works towards common goals and submitting all required documentation on time.
•Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
•Keep stakeholders informed and engaged by regularly reporting project status and progress.
•Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
•Ensure project quality, time, and budget standards are met to achieve successful project outcomes.
•Avoid personal and professional conflicts of interest, promote ethical conduct, and comply with local laws and company policies.
