Job Description
The Yoga Studio Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a thriving yoga studio in Kuwait that is reopening very soon after shutting down during covid. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for wellness and fitness. The ideal candidate will ensure that the studio runs smoothly, providing a welcoming environment for clients while managing staff and resources effectively. The Yoga Studio Manager will also be responsible for promoting the studio's offerings, enhancing client engagement, and fostering a community centered around health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the yoga studio, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team.
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue generation.
- Organize and lead community events, workshops, and special classes to enhance client engagement.
- Maintain inventory of yoga equipment and supplies, ensuring all resources are available for classes.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with instructors to create a diverse class schedule that meets the needs of all clients.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
- Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that encourages personal growth and community building.
