Job Description

  •  Serve as WJO Lifting and Rigging Subject Matter Expert

•         Developing and/or Periodic Review of Category 1 Generic Lift Plans and Category 2 site specific lift plans

•         Developing and/or Technical Approval of all Category 3 site-specific lift plans

•         On-site supervision for Category 3 site-specific lift plans

•         Internal auditing services for correct lifting management system implementation

•         Developing and reviewing guidelines for engineering and planning of operations

•         Investigating lifting-related HSE events

•         Reviewing all lifting processes

•         Conducting capability assessments of contractors and subcontractors for lifting operations

•         Trainer for various contractor lifting programs

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering AND 4+ years of relevant work experience in mechanical lifting


  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in lifting, rigging, and supervisory roles.

Capable of reading and understanding the English language sufficient for communication and the fulfilment of their function in a safe manner
