Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide legal advice to management and staff on various legal matters.
· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
· Conduct legal research to support organizational needs.
· Represent the organization in legal proceedings when necessary.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
· Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
· Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
· Requirement open for all Arab nationals
· Fresh Graduates Preferred
· Experience of 0-2 years in relevant field
