RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide training and guidance to other departments on legal compliance and risk management
• Identify and assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
• Represent the company in legal compliance
• Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations that affect the company
• Provide support and guidance to the senior management on legal matters.
