Job Summary
As a Leasing Agent, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by representing property owners and connecting them with qualified tenants. You will manage the full leasing process—handling inquiries, conducting property tours, closing lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In addition to reactive leasing, you’ll actively scout new properties to lease and pursue B2B leasing opportunities, including corporate housing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leasing inquiries and qualify prospective tenants.
- Schedule and conduct property tours professionally and punctually.
- Maintain and update listings in the CRM with accurate availability and details.
- Negotiate lease terms and oversee contract signing.
- Provide consistent lead follow-up and post-viewing communication.
- Identify and onboard new leasing opportunities by networking with landlords, building owners, and developers.
- Conduct B2B outreach to companies, embassies, and relocation service providers to offer tailored leasing solutions.
- Coordinate with the Call Center and Sales Unit to ensure effective lead management.
- Support property media collection efforts (e.g., taking basic photos when needed).
- Track and report key performance metrics and provide weekly updates on progress.
- Ensure legal and documentation compliance for all lease agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or client-facing sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local leasing laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficient with CRM systems, mobile apps, and digital tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license and access to a personal car – Required.
Preferred:
- Experience with B2B or institutional leasing.
- Existing landlord or developer network in Kuwait.
- Familiarity with corporate housing or relocation housing standards.
