Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our laundry department. The role ensures high-quality service, maintaining our hotel’s standards for guest and staff laundry, linens, and uniforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise laundry staff, schedules, and operations.
- Inspect and maintain laundry equipment for optimal performance.
- Oversee sorting, washing, drying, and pressing processes.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and supplies.
- Handle guest laundry requests and ensure timely service.
- Train staff on procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
