Kindergarten Supervisor

As a Kindergarten Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a kindergarten facility in Salwa, Kuwait. You will work closely with a team of teachers and staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement curriculum plans and educational programs for kindergarten students.
2. Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff to ensure high-quality instruction and care.
3. Manage the enrollment process, including conducting interviews and assessments of prospective students.
4. Collaborate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or issues related to their child's development and progress.
5. Monitor and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the kindergarten facility.
6. Conduct training sessions for teachers.
7. Responsible of communication with students parents.
8. Develop the curriculum of the kindergarten

Preferred Candidates:

1. Experience working in a similar role in an educational setting.
2. Experience in staff management.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of early childhood development and education.
5. Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
6. Fluency in English and Arabic.
