Key Account Manager - UAE

We are looking for young and enthusiastic professional for joining our UAE Sales team as Key Account Manager who would play a crucial role in enhancing the company's revenue by identifying new business opportunities, develop client relationship and participating in trade events, meetings, conventions within the designated region in the UAE.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most revenue for the company.
  • Address and resolve key clients’ complaints and provide timely and effective customer care and after sales service.
  • Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the corporate & government sector.
  • Focus on Small and mid-size enterprises.
  • Work against targeted sales goals to source potential new revenue opportunities.
  • Understand customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Prepare reports and statistics for the development of sales.
  • Reviewing sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Hard Services Supervisor

We are looking for a Hard Services Supervisor to perform technical work whilst supervising the maintenance of the facilities. The duties include supervision of maintenance programs for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and structural, civil, security machines, BHS low voltage systems, care and repair, requisitioning equipment, tools materials and supplies, manpower and resources including sub-contractors and their staff.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Performs manpower management by reviewing contractors plan, allocation of tasks for technical staff, shift schedules and handover.
  • Review and supervise facilities asset master list.
  • Review and supervise CAFM system and facility helpdesk.
  • Manage facility technical store, maintaining store records, preparing consumption data.
  • Review and monitor cost of spare parts / consumables.
  • Verify and manage daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
  • Supervise Operation & Maintenance scope of work at the facility such as, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and technician’s attendance and performance.
  • Follows up on client/occupant/tenant/ other department complaints.
  • To supervise fit out activities and other commercialization projects.
  • To supervise design, plan and execution of variation projects for the facility.
  • To maintain records of all data relevant to the facilities’ utilities (like electricity, water consumption).
  • To maintain documents like as built drawings and O&M manuals.
  • To prepare periodic reports about technical parameters of electro mechanical systems in the facility.
  • To be aware of the Company’s Health & Safety policy and carry out your work in accordance with its requirements.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Diploma in HVAC or similar qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management.
  • Good knowledge of computer skills, MS Office.
  • Proficient in English, Arabic will be an added advantage.
  • Know how to read technical drawing.
  • Experience in Civil maintenance work is advantage.


MOCC Controller

Jazeera Airways is looking for MOCC Controller who would be responsible for continuous monitoring of aircraft technical status and ensuring correct short term (24 hours) maintenance planning and AOG recovery.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Monitor all Line Maintenance activities for Jazeera fleet, in respect of Scheduled/unscheduled Line Maintenance, Defect Rectification, AOG's and aircraft rescue.
  • Liaise with all relevant departments including Operations Department, Flight Operations, and Maintenance engineering staff, contracted maintenance organizations and Materials department.
  • Monitor where necessary, base maintenance activities in order to affect the most efficient fleet operational availability.
  • Monitor base maintenance activities in order to communicate the re-introduction of the aircraft to the operational fleet after maintenance.
  • Monitor and arrange for maintenance ground time if there is an operational requirement or an opportunity to carry additional routine maintenance.
  • When the opportunity arises, arrange for other pending maintenance activity to be performed on an aircraft grounded for unscheduled maintenance.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • B1/B2 Licensed Engineer with A320 type rating.
  • 3-5 years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience within MCC.
  • Time management, team-work, leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communications skills especially in English.


Senior Specialist - APIs

Jazeera Airways is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Specialist - APIs to lead the development and management of API middleware solutions. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of Jazeera Airways’ core systems, including Navitaire Digital APIs, with other commercial platforms, ancillary suppliers and third-party collaborators.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in API middleware development and integration within the low-cost carrier (LCC) environment, with Navitaire as the primary Passenger Service System (PSS).


Responsibilities and Duties:


API Middleware Development & Management:


  • Design, develop, and maintain API middleware solutions to integrate Navitaire Digital APIs with Jazeera Airways’ internal and external systems.
  • Build and manage robust API architectures that support scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Oversee API lifecycle management, including design, testing, deployment, and versioning.
  • Ensure seamless integration of third-party collaborators, including ancillary suppliers, payment gateways, and loyalty platforms.

Navitaire Digital APIs Expertise:


  • Act as the in-house expert for Navitaire Digital APIs, ensuring their effective use in supporting core business processes.
  • Collaborate with Navitaire to resolve API-related issues and enhance API functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Leverage Navitaire APIs to enable efficient integrations with marketing, booking, payment, and customer engagement platforms.

System Integration & Optimization:


  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial and operational systems with the API middleware.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Ancillary teams to implement APIs that support new revenue streams and enhance customer experiences.

    • Marketing and Ancillary teams for implementing new digital services and ancillary products.
    • Finance and IT teams to support compliance and operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align on project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

Innovation & Best Practices:


  • Identify and implement industry best practices for API management and integration in the airline sector.
  • Drive innovation by recommending new APIs or middleware solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and API trends relevant to low-cost carriers and the aviation industry.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:


  • Establish metrics to evaluate API performance, uptime, and transaction success rates.
  • Monitor middleware systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on API utilization, project progress, and performance improvements


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
