Job Description

  • Handling the process of the daily record-keeping of some of the company's financial transactions.
  • Record the sales, expenses, and cash and bank transactions of the business in a general ledger.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Issue and prepare invoices under the supervision of the Financial Manager.
  • Perform reconciliations.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
