Opportunity description
Al Tayer Group is announcing a as a Beauty Consultant in Kuwait. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, advising them and demonstrating appropriate products; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and grow customer loyalty.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the Line Manager. Identifying and meeting customer needs and thus providing them with good advice and exceptional service. Selling products according to guidelines, ensuring accurate stock rotation. Checking stock levels daily and recommending orders to the Line Manager to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels. Ensuring that all applicable administrative procedures are completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards. Complying with all company policies and procedures. Advising customers on in-store promotions.
High school diploma. * 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
