Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Technical Support to provide expert assistance for inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support tickets, calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all users, providing problem resolution and support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and system updates.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the Service Desk tracking system.
  • Provide remote support to users via remote desktop tools or VPN.
  • Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory, ensuring all equipment is accurately tracked.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in administering a help desk.
