Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Application Specialist to be based in Kuwait.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:Responsible to deliver pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and setting up applications for the Company's products.Provide application-related services.Provide software, technical, and application support to clients.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.Conduct on-site method development and provide customised application training for new instrument sales.Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.Provide feedback on product development.Assist in developing technical and application notes for clients and sales support.Support in development by researching competitive instruments and developing competitive strategies.
