stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of IT Digital Analyst. The IT-Digital Analyst plays a crucial role in leveraging digital technologies to enhance business processes and drive innovation. This position focuses on analyzing digital systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize digital workflows. Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1-Conduct thorough analysis of digital systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
3- Implement and maintain digital tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in various business functions.
4- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5- Ensure the security and integrity of digital systems by implementing best practices and staying updated on industry trends.
6- Troubleshoot and resolve digital issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience.
7- Provide training and support to end-users on digital tools, ensuring optimal utilization across the organization.
8- Stay current on emerging technologies, assessing their relevance and potential impact on the organization.
Qualifications
To apply to this role, you must meet the below minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
· Relevant certifications in digital analytics, cybersecurity, or related areas are a plus
· Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
