The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital transformation, strategic marketing, and the application of cutting-edge digital tools to foster business innovation and growth. This position offers an opportunity to engage with senior executives and industry professionals, helping them navigate and capitalize on the digital landscape to achieve strategic objectives . Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Executive Education team to ensure the course meets the high standards of the program and aligns with overall institutional goals. Participate in curriculum reviews and contribute to program development initiatives. Qualifications: Professional Experience: Extensive experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, or similar roles, with a proven track record of implementing successful digital initiatives in a business context. Experience in consulting or advising C-suite executives is highly desirable. Teaching Experience: Demonstrated success in teaching at the university level, particularly in executive education or professional development settings. Experience in creating and delivering online courses or hybrid models is a plus. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience. The ability to engage and inspire senior professionals is essential. AIU is a new institution of higher education in Kuwait whose first student cohort was admitted in fall 2019.
