Institutional Client Service EMEA Is a front-office, regional service platform that provides onboarding and post-sale services to our institutional clients while acting as the clients’ advocate within Franklin Templeton. We are looking for an Institutional Client Services Manager to join our team in our new representative office in Kuwait.
Working as part of the client coverage team, this role will support our institutional Sales team based in Dubai in providing on-going administrative and servicing assistance relating to client investments and other operational client support to ensure high-quality service experience for our clients and long-term retention of assets and fee revenue for our business.
The role involves working with colleagues globally in relation to client reporting, conducting market studies, organizing client review meetings with portfolio managers, developing and delivering client training programs, coordinating client due diligence events, and addressing any ad-hoc client requests
Minimum 5 years of client service or related experience in a client contact capacity in the Financial Services Industry working with institutional clientele, products, servicing needs, and information standards
Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate with people on all levels in and outside the company with enthusiasm
Fluency in English and Arabic is critical for this position
Ideally Kuwaiti national
Strong focus on prioritization and attention to detail
Able to resolve client challenges and ensure a positive experience.
Ability to multitask while working both independently and in a fast paced, team focused environment
Productively use industry standard and business software applications and research tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
