We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, and delivering top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles across departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in the organization.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring the availability of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters or HR assistants, supporting their professional development.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws, company policies, and best practices during the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image in the talent market.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in IT recruiter role.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of positions, including mid-level to senior roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview strategies, and hiring best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and industry standards in recruitment.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus.
- Experience in recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Prior experience working in a tech organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in recruiting.
