Job Description
The goal for a B2B Service Co-worker is to efficiently manage and coordinate all aspects of services and product supply to meet customer needs and expectations. By possessing a diverse set of competencies ranging from supply chain management to customer relationship management, this role ensures smooth operations and enhances customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating transportation, assembly of products, liaising with designers to ensure accurate product requests, product returns, invoicing, maintain reports and acting as the main point of contact for the Key Account Manager to discuss all topics with the customer.
- Serve as a contact person for the Key Account Manager, supporting and securing proper customer satisfaction to ensure the project runs smoothly.
- Take responsibility for coordinating all possible services, such as assembly and delivery, invoicing, customer support, exchange, and returns, ensuring a smooth delivery ensuring project success from a customer experience perspective.
- Implement customer service principles to ensure satisfaction throughout the service delivery process as well as securing proper delivery and assembly tasks by maintaining constant contact with the D&A.
- Coordinate availability of B2B (Safety) stock in cooperation with Central Unit Kuwait SSS colleagues.
- Connect with exchange and return colleagues to ensure any customer incidence is resolved swiftly and positively.
- Navigate challenges effectively to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer needs and expectations by making informed decisions quickly to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Provide availability information, shortages, alternatives, and sales steering potential items to B2B planners.
- Support the team with planning by providing availability information, in-delivery planning and follow up on goals to ensure activity commitments are fulfilled.
- Secure replenishment for Cash & Carry Range in the B2B touchpoint.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years minimum with customer experience department, CU or Supply Chain
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet programs
- Experience with SAP software
