Job Description

At IKEA, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Key Account Manager your role is crucial in building and developing relationships with our clients at every stage of their project journey. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and facilitating business growth.  


  • Develop and execute an integrated customer engagement strategy aimed at effectively identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and establishing initial contact to build rapport and credibility. 
  • Engage in constructive negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Clearly articulate terms, pricing, and contract details while addressing customer concerns and objections.​ 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, including designers and supply/services coordinators ensure clear communication and coordination between all parties involved in delivering the product or service. 
  • Regularly schedule follow-ups and check-ins with existing and potential customers through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media interactions to provide them with ongoing support and assistance tailored to individual customer needs. 
  • Develop clear and compelling sales presentations that highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services, tailor communication style and messaging to resonate with the audience. 
  • Collaborate closely with designers to understand customer requirements and preferences and coordinate with supply and services coordinators to ensure timely delivery of products and implementation of services.​ 
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that products and services meet customer expectations. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to maintain high standards of quality throughout the process​.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of Sales experience, preferably in B2B. 
  • Prior experience in key account management is a plus 
  • Strong industry knowledge and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, promoting inclusivity and accessibility 
  • Driving licence
