Job Description

  • Assess client HVAC needs and propose customized maintenance solutions.
  • Prepare and present competitive and accurate maintenance quotations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and address specific HVAC concerns.
  • Follow up on quotations to secure agreements and build client relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC systems, service offerings, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field, particularly within MEP maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC maintenance service quotations and pricing.
  • Ability to cost and price HVAC maintenance services accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Arabic preferred).
