Job Opportunity: Professional HR Generalist – Kuwait

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving excellence in human resources?

We are looking for a Professional HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Kuwait!

About the Role:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's people practices. Your expertise will ensure seamless HR operations while fostering an engaging and progressive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition to bring onboard top talent aligned with our organizational needs and goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Initiate, design and implement programs to enhance employee morale and build a strong organizational culture.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Manage employee records, contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leave Management: Oversee employee attendance, leave policies, and benefits administration.
  • HRMS & SOP Development: Optimize HR operations by implementing and managing HR management systems and developing robust standard operating procedures.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop comprehensive training programs, and foster a learning environment to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Kuwaiti Labor Law Expertise: Ensure HR practices align with the local labor law and provide guidance on compliance matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, HRMS, and policy creation.
  • Deep understanding of Kuwaiti labor law and their application in workplace settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual applicants will hold an added consideration.
