Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the HR functions within a primary, prep, and secondary school environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the educational experience through effective human resource management. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  4. Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  5. Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.
  6. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  7. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  8. Participate in employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
  9. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  10. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
