Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing payroll, leave, time attendance, employee transactions, and residency-related matters, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, labor laws, and best practices while collaborating with multiple departments to maintain employee records and support HR functions.

By ensuring a seamless payroll and HR operations experience, this role contributes to fostering a positive and transparent work environment, where employees feel valued and fairly compensated for their contributions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Manage and maintain leave records, time attendance, and absenteeism tracking to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee residency processes, including visa renewals, work permits, and other legal documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employment status changes.
  • Oversee all employee transactions, such as salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Manage employee benefits, deductions, and leave entitlements.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll and HR reports for management and finance teams.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, leave, and attendance.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll software and systems.
  • Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation, labor laws, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, residency procedures, and payroll regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
