Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing payroll, leave, time attendance, employee transactions, and residency-related matters, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, labor laws, and best practices while collaborating with multiple departments to maintain employee records and support HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Manage and maintain leave records, time attendance, and absenteeism tracking to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee residency processes, including visa renewals, work permits, and other legal documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employment status changes.
- Oversee all employee transactions, such as salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
- Manage employee benefits, deductions, and leave entitlements.
- Prepare and analyze payroll and HR reports for management and finance teams.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, leave, and attendance.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll software and systems.
- Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation, labor laws, and HR best practices.
