Job Description
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide basic guidance on policies and procedures.
Participate in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and supporting the hiring process.
Help create and implement onboarding plans.
Support the development of training and development programs.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Help manage disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
Assist in reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Skills
Proven working experience as HR Officer or other HR Executive.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong ethics and reliability.
