Job Description

The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for increasing revenue by attracting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role requires a sales-driven individual with a passion for hospitality, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The Sales Executive will actively promote the hotel’s services, target corporate and travel clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase hotel services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales tactics.
  • Work with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and lead generation.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.


Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hotel industry in Kuwait.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
