Are you passionate about inspiring young minds through literature and language? As a High School ELA Teacher, you will empower students to develop critical thinking, effective communication, and a deep appreciation for diverse literary works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover literature, writing, grammar, and language skills, fostering analytical and creative abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respects diverse perspectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success and address individual learning needs.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Education with a major in English, or a related field
- Proven experience as a high school English teacher or similar role
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
