Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of the wait staff, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Train new wait staff on service standards, menu items, and company policies
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests from guests
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and a team player
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in a high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Familiarity with fine dining service standards
  • Training in food safety and hygiene practices
