As Head of Retail Marketing you will develop a robust marketing and segmentation strategy aimed at driving growth in volume, revenue, and profit.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Enhancing product lines and portfolios in retail banking, focusing on sustainable growth in account balances and revenue.
- Crafting innovative, customer-centric marketing campaigns to capitalize on opportunities, aligning with the organization’s overarching strategic goals.
- Overseeing the profit and loss of the consumer product portfolio, ensuring sustainability by enhancing existing products and creating new offerings from concept to execution.
- Defining target segments and developed strategies for product bundles, aligning both short- and long-term business objectives with organizational goals.
- Leading planning efforts across product, segment, and channel teams, facilitating growth in market share and revenue.
- Directing strategic growth for product portfolios, including liabilities and insurance, ensuring a well-differentiated service level.
- Managing comprehensive marketing plans annually, deploying a blend of traditional and digital channels to meet target audience needs.
- Conducting market research to refine strategies and cater to specialized market segments, focusing on customer needs, behaviors, and growth potential.
- Analyzing competitive and market trends to identify growth opportunities and guide new business initiatives.
- Establishing financial targets around market share, product growth, cross-selling, revenue, and profitability.
- Leading the Rewards Program, optimizing segments, promotions, and campaign effectiveness.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- 20 years in consumer banking or related experience, with an MBA or equivalent.
- Proficient in product development, market segmentation, and analytics.
Key Competencies:
- Strong conceptual and research skills, with the ability to present strategies at the executive level.
- Skilled in segmentation techniques, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving results.
- Financial acumen with the ability to derive insights and draw valid conclusions from data analysis.
