Job Description
MUST BE ABLE TO TRANSFER IMMEDIATELY
Run the kitchen of a Mediterranean cuisine
Create new menu ( Turkish / Mediterranean / Lebanese / Grills / Dessert )
Develop and upgrade menu regularly
Menu costing and recipes creation
Inventory and ordering supplies and ingredient
Creating work schedules, delegating tasks, and supervising the daily operations of the kitchen
Creating and enforcing standard operating procedures for food preparation, plating, and presentation
Skills
Experience in Breakfast, Mezze, Shawarma, Burgers, Grills, Sauces and Dessert
Plating and food presentation
Leadership skills to manage and direct a team of 26 kitchen staff effectively
Understanding flavor profiles, ingredient combinations, and food pairings to create unique dishes
Menu / Recipe creation
Menu costing
Restaurant and kitchen operations skills, including inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to resolve conflicts between team members quickly
