Prepare graphic design work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials and planning concept; illustrate concept by designing rough layout with sketches and mock-ups of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts;
Support the graphic and web design needs of NPHS’ various lines of business to understand their business goals, scope of work, and brand to develop customized design needs;
Coordinate, design and manage graphical content for all of platforms including websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters, product design, displays and productions for organization and its clients;
Produce videos, photography, animated graphics and other electronic multimedia;
Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions;
Take creative critiques from management and clients to adjust design based on these critiques; adheres to organizations and clients branding guidelines;
Adhere to project deadlines and provides status updates on a regular basis to management;
Complete projects by coordinating with outside consultants, agencies, art services, printers, photographers, illustrators, other designers, staff, etc;
Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends;
Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed;
Other duties as assigned.

Increases brand awareness and promotes company products and services to increase production;
Puts together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns to get NPHS’ message out, and also performs consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers by way of the Internet;
Provide support for management of website’s SEO, Google Analytics report analysis, and Google AdWords strategy;
Establish and manage business relationships with public and private organizations that will successfully generate leads and drive customer traffic to NPHS’ lines of business;
to increase brand awareness, promote company products or services and to drive prospects to conversions;
Community and business outreach including identification of potential business opportunities and partnerships;
Other duties as assigned.

Skills
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a must;
Excellent Typography Skills
Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM);
Experience with the following is a plus; Javascript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress;
A good working knowledge of the interactive production process, including graphics and optimization, and web page production;
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential;
Strong public speaking and presentation skills;
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel);
Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the job and the company core values;
Goal oriented business sales experience with skills in networking and relationship management;
