Position Overview
This three-month or one-year Technology and Innovation Internship is designed to cultivate future leaders. Interns will rotate through key departments across Information Technology, Cybersecurity, research and development, and certain departments in academic affairs.
Upon successful completion of the 1-year program, participants become eligible to apply for a Vice President role at American International University, Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in department-specific projects and operations across the technology and innovation space at the university.
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI technologies across campus and operational functions, driving transformative change and enhancing the university's innovation capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex organizational challenges.
- Complete significant projects addressing real-world issues, to be presented to executives.
- Collaborate with divisional leaders and campus executives on strategic planning within assigned teams.
- Participate in regular performance reviews to receive constructive feedback and improve leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), or other relevant program, from an accredited U.S. university.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent team collaboration capabilities.
- Quick to adapt and learn new software or tools.
- Authorized to work in the United States and willing to relocate to Kuwait.
