· Maintain records of company licenses, employee residency and its expiry.
· Responsible for all company licenses in Ministry of Trade, Fire license, Marketing license, Ministry of interior, banners related to showroom.
· Organize periodic renewal of licenses and updates in all system.
· Maintain hard filing and soft filing based on Immigration and Labor Requirement.
· Monitor employees visa and company licenses are renewed on time.
· Represent the company in legal entities.
· Arrange for Medical tests and any other process needed for the residency
· Document attestation from embassy, ministries and other departments.
· Keep up to date with legal practices and new changes; circulate the information applicable to the concerned party (HR, Management) and get the things done according to the law.
