About the Role:As a Manager at Burberry, you will play a pivotal role in upholding Burberry's standards while inspiring and leading a team in one of our Kuwait locations. You will drive sales, elevate client experiences, and foster a culture of performance and development within your store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Client Advisors to exceed performance targets and provide an exceptional Burberry client journey.
• Implement effective sales strategies and deliver on business objectives.
• Ensure an engaging and personalized shopping experience for every client, reflecting Burberry's values and heritage.
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and client engagement, to ensure store goals are aligned with Burberry’s broader objectives.

About You:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury retail or high-end fashion.
• A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Adaptable and proactive, with a solid understanding of luxury clientele in Kuwait.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
