Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor refrigeration systems and related equipment, adjust controls to maintain specified
temperature settings.
Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment, Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, making
necessary repairs.
Record and log operating data, such as temperatures and pressures, in addition, schedule and oversee major
maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, conduct regular inspections and safety checks.
Implement and adhere to plant safety procedures and protocols.
Ensure that products are stored at appropriate temperatures to maintain quality.
Inspect and monitor product conditions, Report any deviations from quality standards to management.
Work closely with other plant operators and maintenance team, provide training and guidance to junior staff.
Coordinate with management on operational issues and improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Educational Qualifications & Work Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operating and maintaining refrigeration systems.
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and tolerate various weather conditions.
