The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the Rooftop Outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing colleagues, maintaining high service standards, driving financial performance, and fostering a positive work culture. Focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development while adhering to health, safety, and Hotel policies. The goal is to create a welcoming and efficient dining environment that aligns with the outlet’s brand and business objectives .

Your day to day



• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations ensuring smooth service. • Guest Experience: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by personally interacting with guests, addressing complaints, and maintaining service standards. • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate colleagues, conduct shift briefings, and ensure proper training for seamless service delivery. • Financial Management: Control costs, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. • Menu and Promotions: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, specials, and promotions tailored to the outlet dining concept.

What we need from you



• Experience: Proven experience in managing a high-volume outlet, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team to deliver consistent service. • Customer Focus: A passion for guest satisfaction and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively. • Financial Acumen: Skills in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management to achieve financial targets. • Adaptability: Flexibility to work across multiple shifts and adapt to the dynamic needs of an all-day dining operation. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling guest interactions. Ability to communicate both Arabic and English is essential.
