We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our AUS RMF Football Program. We are looking for a coach with strong technical abilities, a deep understanding of youth development in football, and a commitment to fostering both athletic and personal growth in our players. The ideal Football Coach should be energetic, forward-thinking, and ready to collaborate with colleagues to enhance the skill development of children across all age groups. You will utilize structured coaching plans, regularly assess player performance, and provide tailored feedback to ensure every player’s progress towards their individual and team goals. You will also support each player’s holistic development by promoting teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude on and off the field.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or a related field, along with previous coaching experience in youth football. Coaching certifications and a strong understanding of football tactics are preferred.
