About the job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Female Fitness Professional role to join the Sports & Leisure team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach , Kuwait.Your main duties will include: Meet, greet and acknowledge every member, in-house guest and colleagues using the facilities Be fully in-charge of all gym inductions, health appraisals and fitness assessments Maximise the Technogym Wellness System by ensuring all members inducted are entered into the system and prescribed with the appropriate gym programme depending on their goals. Perform Personal Training session to generate revenues and meet financial targets. Run small group fast classes on the gym floor at peak times Run large group classes both indoor and outdoor Run aqua aerobics classes outdoor during summer 45^ expected Design and run kids classes/ activities bothindoor and outdoor Be willing to support and guide gym users relating to exercise Covering the gym floor at peak times being able to assist guests / members where necessary Offer advice and ensure safe training techniques to members and in-house guests Ensure gym users and colleagues adhere to property rules and regulations Maintain order and cleanliness of all areas in the gym and its equipment, including cardio-vascular area, resistance and free weights area, studio and the gym office / assessment room Assist covering the club reception, kids club and pool operations when required by the business. Assist the Sports and Leisure activity team with any special events Run sessions on The Hub activities schedule when required Report for duty wearing complete standard issue of uniform and name badge Adhere to the arranged daily shift and weekly days off as displayed on the duty roster however, must be accepted that it may vary at short notice due to fluctuations of our business Uphold the Jumeirah Code of Conduct at all timesQualifications:About you: 2 years’ experience in similar capacity. Excellent communication skills Recognized qualification/ certification in Fitness Training. Ability to perform personal training and multiple group classes for both adults and kids. Dynamic personality and positive attitude Flexible and adaptable to fast paced work environment. Service oriented and hospitality driven. Attentive to details and quality standards.
