What You Will Do:

• Provide top-tier fitness instruction to Four Seasons members and guests, both in private and group settings.

  
  

• Handle all member and guest interactions with exceptional hospitality, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints.

  
  

• Develop and execute training plans that meet and exceed health and wellness goals.

  
  

• Provide personal trainer shift coverage as needed to meet demand and maximize revenue.

  
  

• Maintain the fitness facility by cleaning equipment and ensuring a high standard of quality.

  
  

• Complete billing in accordance with Four Seasons procedures.

  
  

• Actively promote personal training and upsell spa services.

  
  

• Conduct personal training sessions and create custom programs for guests.

  
  

• Maintain cleanliness of fitness and locker facilities.

  
  

• Assist with escorting guests through the facilities.

  
  

• Adhere to Four Seasons’ work rules and standards and work professionally with colleagues.

  
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in physical education, health-related field, or equivalent experience.

  
  

• Certifications in group fitness instruction and personal training.

  
  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading group and personal fitness sessions.

  
  

• Proficiency in delivering fitness and wellness experiences in a luxury setting.

  
  

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and adapt to changing conditions.

  
  

• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility within a team.

  
  

• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
