Job Description
Manjarat Ahmed is seeking a highly organized and motivated Fit-out Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate residential and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between customers, carpenters, designers, and other team members, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Attend calls with customers to understand their requirements and project expectations.
- Provide regular updates and follow-ups to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between customers, carpenters, designers, and customer representatives.
- Ensure all team members are aligned on project timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges to keep the project on schedule.
Technical Oversight:
- Interpret and work with shop drawings to guide project execution.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable plans for the team.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project progress, and any modifications.
- Prepare reports on project status and share them with stakeholders as required.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all work meets the company’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals as needed.
