Job Description
The Fit-Out Civil Engineer plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry, particularly in the fit-out phase of projects. This position requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in managing and executing fit-out projects, ensuring that all aspects of construction meet the required specifications and standards. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure that the fit-out meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for the fit-out.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.

Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fit-out civil engineering or related fields.
