About the job
The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, monitor variances, identify trends, and prepare management reports. They will relate these insights to potential business trends and provide actionable recommendations
Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Profit & Loss Statements
- Verify general ledger cost postings for accuracy
- Review budget performance against departmental actuals and conduct variance analysis
- Prepare Monthly Operating Reports for management, along with other ad hoc requirements
- Create new charge codes in the system as per the approval process
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Assist in the calculation and payout of monthly doctors' incentives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/master's degree in finance or accounting
- 2 - 3 years of experience in financial analysis and modelling
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is preferable
- Experience with Power BI is preferable
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as MSD365, Oracle Fusion, or SAP is preferable
