Job Summary

 

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance and accounting, capable of managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·        Develop and implement financial strategies to support the dealership's growth objectives.

·        Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.

·        Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

·        Manage budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial targets.

·        Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.

·        Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

·        Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans and assess resource allocation.

·        Provide financial training and support to staff to enhance financial literacy across the organization.

·        Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
