Basic Scope of Job
The Assistant Building Care Assistant will support the Head Building Supervisor in maintaining a clean, secure, and well-maintained facility. The role involves ensuring high-quality cleaning services, monitoring building conditions, and assisting with various operational tasks.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with company representatives to schedule and execute cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms, corridors, and office spaces.
- Ensure timely garbage removal and waste management.
- Conduct daily security checks, including inspecting door and window locks after business hours.
- Maintain and review daily cleaning records for the building.
- Perform internal and external security checks of the premises.
- Assist in preparing schedules and related reports.
Skills
Education & Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Special Skills
Fluency in spoken English and the ability to communicate in Arabic
