Our client is hiring a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant (EA) to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Level in a well-organized and timely manner. The EA will ensure that the schedules are effectively managed, communication is streamlined, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently, allowing them to focus on strategic tasks and priorities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team;
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries;
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality;
- Conduct research and gather information for projects and presentations;
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders;
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met;
- Maintain and organize files and records, both electronic and paper-based;
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding when appropriate;
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive leadership team.

- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and in addition to MBA. Master Degree is a plus;
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar, reporting to C or Director level executives;
- Work experience in banks, oil and gas companies, and known business companies (investment, business-related).
